• Shipping Method: Shipped via FedEx or USPS.  All shipping policies are governed by the respective carriers.

• Ownership and Responsibility: Ownership of your package transfers to you upon delivery. Pixel Petals Design will not be responsible for delays ,lost, stolen, or damaged items during transit.

• Shipping Information: Please ensure accuracy of all shipping details provided during checkout to prevent delays or mis-delivery. We do not assume responsibility for mis-delivery errors resulting from incorrect customer-provided shipping information.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

• Cancellation Before Production: Orders may be canceled for a full refund if canceled 24 hours after order has been placed. Please see FAQ for more clarity. before the design proof has been approved and production has commenced.

• Cancellation After Production Begins: Once production of your backdrop Item has started, cancellations are not accepted.
