Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Cancellation Before Production:Orders may be canceled for a full refund if canceled 24 hours after order has been placed. Please see out FAQ for more clarity. before the design proof has been approved and production has commenced.
Cancellation After Production Begins:Once production of your backdrop has started, cancellations are not accepted.
